1. User Entry

You need to register to use Patent Integration. Once you registered, your information is encoded and folded into your PC. After all, you do not need reenter your user ID and password nor register user's information even after updating software.

Startup Screen

This screen is shown up at the first startup. You can choose Japanese or English from “language” on top page. After registration, anytime you can change the language from “Preference Panel”.

Confirmation of Terms and Conditions

After reading and confirming terms and conditions, advance to next step page.

Input user ID and e-mail address

Input user ID and e-mail address which is possible to receive message. They should be unique per license. You can check whether user ID are already used or not to click right side button. User ID and e-mail address are needed to meet following conditions.

• User ID: more than 4 to 20 letters. c.f. Bill Michael
• E-Mail address: more than 4 to 255 letters. c.f. info@patent-i.com

If user ID and e-mail address are no mistake, temporary key (random characters) is send to registered e-mail address.

Input temporary key

Check the registered e-mail whether you received temporary key or not.

Input temporary key attached in the e-mail into right side box.

Completion of user registration

If temporary key was right, user registration is complete and a pop-up screen comes up. After push the OK bottom, you can use Patent Integration.

Change registered e-mail address

You will be able to change the e-mail address that was registered once. However, user ID was registered on each PC and so unable to change once you registered. To change your e-mail address click right side box “CHANGE” on startup screen. Show up new blank box to input new e-mail address.

New temporary key will be send to new e-mail address, and so do again the same step from first. You will be able to change registered new e-mail address any number of times. However you need to certify temporary key at the time
