Person dictionary may be save as other file of project file (Default.pi). To check the place of the person dictionary, roll over the mouse cursor on the left lower file name (initially Default.pi) in Patent Search. Initial place of person dictionary is the Default.pi on your MyDocument folder.

Create new person dictionary file

To create a new person dictionary file, please select from a menu "File" -> "New Person Dictionary..." or click "NEW" button on the upper right of the Person Dictionary Function.

Set person dictionary file

We can use saved person dictionary as own Patent Integration's person dictionary. Select from a menu "File" -> "Configure Person Dictionary" or click "SET" button on the upper right of the Person Dictionary Function.

We can export own person dictionary. Select from a menu "File" -> "Save Person Dictionary As" or click "SAVE AS" button on the upper right of the Person Dictionary Function.

Share person dictionary

It is easy to share the person dictionary file. To share the person dictionary file, please set the person dictionary file of each user's Patent Integration in the following steps.

  • Place the person dictionary to the shared folder (Create, Save or copy the person dictionary file to the shared folder).
  • Set all user's person dictionary to the person dictionary placed on the shared folder by "File" -> "Configure Person Dictionary".
