1. I mistook mail-address in user entry.

If you mistook mail-address in user entry, at first you should reboot software. When you reboot software, the following display will be shown. And click "CHANGE" button.

You will able to enter new mail address. Please enter collect mail-address. And when you click "NEXT" button, "temporary key" will be sent to the mail-address. So you enter "temporary key" to the TEMPORARY KEY input box.
